Andrea Lynn Mahru OBITUARY
The much-loved daughter of Arlene Mahru and Leslie Mahru, sister of Lorraine Toomey (Johnny), step-daughter of Eloise Mahru, step-sibling of Kristin Rigby (Dave) and Kevin Ward (Marianna), died of complications of hypersensitivity pneumonitis and cancer. She graduated from Villa Park High School and UCLA, and worked for many years as a senior industrial designer at the Auto Club.
She was a brilliant, creative, complex woman with a quick and dazzling sense of humor. She amazed with great leaps of brilliance and psychological insight. Andrea loved books and reading, Jane Austen, Korean movies and TV series, and giant jigsaw puzzles.
She had a smile to match the sparkling stars and was the star of our lives. The enormity of our loss can never be measured. She will always remain the joy and delight of our lives.
