Don Myers is the new president of seafood restaurants Taps Fish House & Brewery in Brea and The Catch of Anaheim.
Previously, Myers, a 25-year veteran in the hospitality management business, served as a joint venture partner for Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine in Rancho Mirage, Dallas and Chicago.
A second Taps is planned to open in December in the area of Dos Lagos, Corona del Mar. The restaurants are owned by Joe, Peter and Michele Manzella.
