UC Irvine wins, Cal State Fullerton loses in Big West baseball tournament

The top-seeded Anteaters beat fourth-seeded Hawaii, 7-5, and will face No. 2 seed Cal Poly in a winner’s bracket game on Friday. Third-seeded Fullerton loses to the Mustangs, 7-2, and will face Hawaii in an elimination game.
