Restaurants seem to be in the midst of a Hawaiian food craze.
It’s not just chains like Ono Hawaiian BBQ, Wahoo Fish Taco and Islands Restaurants that are already there. Diners, pizza parlors, fast food chains and even coffee bars have pineapple, piña colada and mango specials.
Here are some of the limited time specials out there.
Chick-fil-A: Pineapple Dragonfruit Lemonade, which appeared on the spring menu, has been held over for the summer. chick-fil-a.com
Dog Haus: A collaboration with influencer Josh Elkin called Aloha Soopah Slider is available through July 21. It features Spam, tater tots, scrambled egg, a seasoning called furikake and more on a King’s Hawaiian roll. doghaus.com

Islands Restaurants: Limited-time protein bowls for $10 include a Hawaiian Bowl with a burger patty, Swiss cheese and grilled pineapple. A margarita flight with four beverages for $15 will be on the menu through July 7. Flavors include Passion Paradise and watermelon. islandsrestaurants.com
Klatch Coffee: An Aloha Summer features caffeine beverages blended with fruit drinks. It includes a Whipped Piña Colada, made with coconut milk and pineapple juice topped with whipped espresso. Getting Tiki With It is made with cascara tea, peach nectar and Ready-To-Go Espresso. The Big Kahuna, a sandwich made with toasted ciabatta, ham, bacon, provolone, red onion and teriyaki sauce, is available at select locations. klatchcoffee.com
Miguel’s Jr.: The Corona-based chain is serving grilled chicken for the first time. Chicken Pastor is made with pineapple and available in burritos, quesadillas and tacos through July 8. The chain is also serving mango lemonade. miguelsjr.com

Mountain Mike’s: An Aloha Summer Menu features pizza topped with mango along with ham, chicken, bacon, onions, tomato and a special sauce. There are also Zesty Aloha Wings made with chilis and garlic. The specials are available through August. mountainmikespizza.com
Norms Restaurant: A “Flavor of Summer” menu includes King’s Hawaiian French Toast made with brown sugar pineapple compote and grilled Spam. norms.com
Ono Hawaiian BBQ: The chain used a tie-in with “Lilo & Stitch” to promote its regular menu of Chicken Katsu, Spam Musubi and macaroni salad, served in special bags, which briefly ran out shortly after the movie opened and had to be restocked, according to a Facebook post. onohawaiianbbq.com
Polly’s Pies: Aloha Specials through July 28 include Malihini Pancakes topped with fresh pineapple and macadamia nuts; Moco Loco, made with rice, a burger patty and a sunny side up egg; and a Big Kahuna BLT made with ham and grilled pineapple. pollyspies.com
